Updated review: Continued 5-star service! I had Jake Williams out recently for a couple of visits with my A/C. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and I hope to get him for all my future service calls! Aspinwall and Danny did a great job running the gas line for my new fireplace and installed my gas fireplace. Very professional, worked efficiently, definitely recommend. Would use again, they did a great job!

The service we received from Aspinwall Plumbing was exceptional. We called Aspinwall when our AC was not cooling properly, and another company we called first was unable to diagnose the problem. We could not be happier with the service we received from Aspinwall Plumbing. Our technician, Jake, was a gem. He came out and quickly got the system to the right pressures—he had Bluetooth temp sensors on the inlet air and outlet air inside our unit and was on the deck adjusting pressures and watching the system respond. He wasn't getting the cooling he expected—he wanted at least a 12-degree drop with the weather that day but was only seeing 8 or 9. He knew his stuff, and it was clear he lives and breathes HVAC. Jake suspected that a restriction device, in our case a piston, was either the wrong size or installed backwards. At his initial visit, he got the system working and then came back for another appointment to empty the system, deal with the piston restriction device, then refill the system. As he suspected, the system was missing the piston. The system is now running better than new, thanks to Jake. Jake was honest, knowledgeable, and efficient. Skip the HVAC guys who don't know what they are doing and just call Aspinwall Plumbing first—you won't be disappointed!
